RE: IN THE MATTER OF PICABO WATER SYSTEM’S APPLICATION FOR
AUTHORITY TO INCREASE ITS RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER
SERVICE IN THE STATE OF IDAHO; CASE NO. PIC-W-21-01.

On October 29, 2021, the Commission issued Order No. 35213 approving an increase
in water rates in Case No. PIC-W-21-01. After receiving Order No. 35213 and working with Staff,
the Picabo Water System dba Picabo Livestock Company Co. (“Company”), submitted updated
tariffs on November 10, 2021, which reflect the rates approved by the Order. Staff has reviewed
the Company’s updated tariffs and confirmed they follow the rates outlined in Commission Order
No. 35213.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission approve the tariffs submitted by the Company on
November 10, 2021, with an effective date of November 1, 2021, consistent with Order No. 35213.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to approve the tariffs submitted by the Company on
November 10, 2021, with an effective date of November 1, 2021, consistent with Order No. 35213?
