CERTIFICATE NO. 220

On April 19, 2022, Picabo Livestock Co., Inc. (“Company”) notified the Commission
that it had formed a new entity—Picabo Water System LLC (“Picabo”)—to provide water service
under Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) No. 220. The Company applied
to the Commission for authorization to amend CPCN No. 220 and related tariffs to reflect the name
change.
The Commission approved Picabo’s Certificate by Order No. 35437 issued June 22,
2022, and authorized Picabo to own, hold, construct, or otherwise acquire and to maintain and
operate a water system in, and supply water to, the residents of Picabo, Idaho.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this First Amended Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity, Certificate No. 220, is issued to Picabo. This Certificate authorizes
Picabo to provide water service to the residents of Picabo, Idaho. This Certificate is predicated
upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 35437.
