I asked Arlin of Murry water works to connect me to the water system and he told me his
backhoe was broke down till sometime in the summer then when I pressed him for a sooner time
he said he had to wait for permission from the Idaho puc. This past weekend I spoke with
other custimers of Murry water works and found out that he was delaying the hook up til he
got his rate increase. from the Idaho puc. This is for your info and to protest the delay.
