I want to comment on the request to raise our current water rates J I think as a consumer we
are not being served properly and Mr. Lish has not complied with rules concerning water
service. He has bought the water co. at a discount for $10 J 000 8 years ago so to date he has
made approx. $74 J 880 J and we still have no back up system. I seems to me he could but a
generator within this time . What gives J no wonder everyone wants to put in a well. See you
