we think that the increase of our water bill is absurd, because like many others that live in
this town are on social securiy or disabled living on limited income. also we would like to
know why this man who owns murray water works disabled water hydrants when he put in new
water mains, not only that, if we were to have a forest fire or á house fire that disrupted
our power, there is no back up generator power for the well and we have no hydrants because
they have been disabled. we need a public hearing. Roger & Letha Jennings.

The proposed rate increases by Murray Water Works are very excessive. The small, rural Town
of Murray is inhabited predominately by fixed income seniors and disabled persons. The
increases would severly inpact them unnecessarily.
