On Januar 13,2010, Muray Water Works Systems ("Muray" or "Company") fied
an Application requesting authority from the Commission to increase its rates and charges for
water service. The Application did not include an effective date for the proposed increase in
rates and charges.
On Februar 25,2010, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure establishing a 60-day comment period.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission Staff wil hold a public
workshop for Muray customers on TUESDAY, APRIL 13,2010, COMMENCING AT 7:00
P.M. IN THE OLD COUNTY COURTHOUSE BUILDING, MURRAY, IDAHO. At this
meeting customers will have an opportity to hear from Commission Staff regarding the
Company's Application in Case No. MUR-W-1O-01 and ask questions of Staff and
representatives of the Company.
YOU AR FURTHER NOTIFIED that Muray's filing can be viewed at
ww.puc.idaho.gov by clicking on "File Room" and then "Water Cases," or it can be viewed
during reguar business hours at the Idaho Public Utilties Commission, 472 West Washington
Street, Boise, Idaho.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter wil be held in
facilities meeting the accessibilty requirements of the Americans with Disabilties Act (ADA).
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to paricipate
in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to
provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing. The request for assistance
must be received at least five (5) working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission
