Add to Mailing List:§ Please describe your comment briefly: (MSW-W-08-01- MAYFIELD SPRINGS WATER COMPANY, INC. -- CPCN.) I would like to point out after the comments made at the PUC meeting on May 19th that I would prefer a lower base rate and prefer to pay for the water that I use. Mr. Johnson is recommending around an $80 base rate for 10k gallons and $7 per 10k gallons beyond that.. I would prefer as much lower base rate (like $25) and pay more for each 10k after that. I would also like to point out that because of the lawsuit with Greg Johnson I have never paid a dime for water use in the subdivision and I do have a lot of late fees owed and the 100 per month that Greg has billed me.. Another point that I cannot confirm is that there are others that do not pay anything for water in the subdivision (these are people that may have purchased homes from the Eaglewood Homes which is owned by Johnson), and we should not have to pay any interest on retained earnings for anythng related those individuals.. I also provided a copy of a document to the 3 representitives from the PUC that lays out the costs Greg provided at the first homeowners meeting to everyone that in attendance and stated that the document lays out the costs to operate the water and sewer systems.. These costs are considerably less than what he provided to the PUC. He said at the time he wanted charge 100 per month and as more users and subdivisions come on the costs will decrease per household. The main point is that his cost information is in question based on what he has provided in the 2 documents. Thanks for all considerations, Jeff King Thanks, Jeff The form submi ted on http://www . puc. idaho. gov /forms/ipuCl/ipuc . html IP address is 71.37.162.126---- ----- ---- -- - - - -- - ---- ----- - ----- 1 i ß0 . fr1-I1loirJean Jewell I~ A,ij.110 ~. We did ask our realator to verify that this is correct information. Before we made the purchase offer on our home we were provided an E-mail from his broker that stated the information was correct(she obtained the information for the developers management company, Park Point Management). Four months after we purchased the our home we recived a bll from Park Point Manegment for $100.00 wich was the agreed amount. We also recieved a bill for $100.00 for our water usage and another bill for $100.00 for our sewer usage. Now that is $300.00 a month instead of the agreement of $100.00 made before our purchase. If we had known that our bill was going to be this rediculous we would have never bought a home from Greg Johnsons company Eaglewood Homes in the Arrow Rock Subdivision. These things are just a small portion of the deception that occurred fooling us into buying our home. Now you may have an understanding of the high level of frustration the home owners of Arrow Rock Subdivision are feeling. If you would like a full statment on all of the · horrible experiences' we had in the purchase of our home please contact me. I would hope that you would compare our situation to other similar subdivisions with the same setup... Meaning: Subdi visions with common wells, monthly fees, and amount of water used... I am concerned that our developer is out to get the homeowners in our subdivision and he doesn i t care whether it is ethical or not... I don' t believe the amount of $81.60 is a reasonable amount to request... I also don' t believe we should pay a higher amount in the winter months... It should be adj usted based on water consumed. . . I have confidence that the IPUC will make ethical and legal decisions in regards to this case. I appreciate your help and assistance in this matter.
