We live in Arrowrock Ranch and are happy to pay competitive and fair rates for our water. My only comment is this: In a meeting with homeowners in 2997, where I was in attendance, Greg Johnson alluded to the fact that the neighborhood well cost him a lot more to build than he anticipated, but it also was much more productive than anticipated. It is my recollection that he said that the well can serve many, many more homes than are just in our neighborhood and that as more homes were connected to the well, our costs would go down. If this is true, it doesn't seem fair for the 199 homes in Arrowrock Ranch to pay the investment costs in a system designed for many more developments. We would like to pay for water based upon our share of costs once the well is serving more than Arrowrock Ranch. This way the investment costs of a large system are on the back of the developer who stands to profit from future building, not on those of us who bought into the first development and have no way to profit from future usage of the well. I hope this makes sense! Thank you again!
