my concerns are from past history with the water company. I have had past issues with
being unable to contact anyone to address issues with billing questions and absurd late
fees. I also have a concern with the proposed rates that will be associated with water
usage. I foresee water bills exceeding $100.00 per month easily based on the lot sizes and
watering requirements. I also have a concern about the $2500.00 first time connection fee.
will the apply to established users. or will it only apply to new users in the future.
