FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY. ORDER NO. 30663 CASE NO. MSW-08- On October 10, 2008, the Commission issued Order No. 30656 establishing a schedule for reconsideration in this case. On October 24, 2008, Mayfield Springs Water Company filed a stipulation requesting that the Commission extend the previously established deadlines or, in the alternative, issue a stay to the reconsideration proceedings. The stipulation states that the Company and the intervenor are involved in ongoing settlement negotiations regarding the civil action currently before Idaho s Fourth Judicial District that may resolve all outstanding issues in that litigation and possibly in this matter." Stipulation at 2. Consequently, the parties (including Staff) agreed to extend the filing deadlines regarding reconsideration by approximately fourteen (14) days. The stipulation proposes the following modified schedule: ACTION DEADLINE Mayfield provides a copy of the accounting provided to the District Court and the detailed report of the hookup fee for all residential customers.November 7, 2008 Mr. Corvino s Comments on Reconsideration November 17 2008 Staff Comments on Reconsideration December 2, 2008 Mayfield Reply Comments December 12 2008 Based upon the parties' agreement , we find there is good cause showing to grant Mayfield Springs Water Company s Stipulation to Extend Deadlines. ORDER NO. 30663 ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Mayfield Springs' request to amend the reconsideration schedule is granted. The parties shall conform to the revised reconsideration schedule set out in the body ofthis Order.
