On April 9, 2008, the Commission issued Order No. 30524 establishing a schedule
for the processing of the above-entitled case. The settlement conference originally scheduled for
May 21, 2008, was vacated by the parties. Following the filing of comments by Staff and
Intervenor Corvino on May 28, 2008, all parties agreed that it would be beneficial to reset a time
to meet and discuss the possibility of settlement. Consequently, the parties stipulated to move
the rebuttal filing date for Mayfield Springs to June 24, 2008.
The public hearing scheduled for July 1 , 2008, remains unchanged.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, with good cause showing, that the date for Mayfield
Springs Water Company to file rebuttal comments is rescheduled to no later than June 24, 2008.
