COMES NOW, Mayfeld Springs Water Company, Inc., (the "Company") byând
though its counsel, Fisher Pusch & Alderman LLP and fies its Response to Commission Order
No. 30628 as required concerning the ownership of certain water rights. On Februar 1, 2008
Arbor Ridge, LLC sold the assets of the water company, including water rights (Water Right No.
63-12260 and Water Right Nos. 63-31745 & 63-31881), to Idaho Springs Water Company which
later changed its name to Mayfeld Springs Water Company. See Exhibit 38. Counsel has been
advised by the Company's engineers, SPF Engineering, Inc., that they are drfting a "Notice of
Change of Owership" (the "Notice") to be filed on behalf of the Company with the Idaho
Deparent of Water Resources ("IDWR") which provides notice that the water rights identified
above are now owned by Mayfeld Springs Water Company. As soon as the Notice is submitted
to IDWR a copy wil also be filed with the Commission.
