These companies and our engineer, Ryan Loftus, who designed the new well system and oversaw the renovation of the two older wells and then corrected the problems of October 20l6,have been actively involved in the solution. Attached is the response letter documentation regarding the Morning View Well systems, from Engineer Loftus who designed the changes, oversaw and approved all work by Omni and American Pump. Thank you for accepting the proposal for deferred accounting regarding the well failures of October 2016. We will include the requests and required documentation in the next rate case application If you have further questions please contact us. Both well houses are equipped with high pressure alarms, high pressure cutoff switches, and low pressure alarms.
