There have been constant pressure problems. It feels like the water system has been mismanaged. There is no accountability for where the money is going or what it is being used for. Why does a secretary need to be paid so much yet office hours are nonexistent? Where is the emergency fund money? We already pay a high rate for water. It seems like a lot of the problems were foreseeable or self caused. After years of terrible service this seems like a bailout not a raise increase. The easy solution for the PUC would be to grant the request for an increase. We ask the PUC to see this from the side of the homeowners in this community. Please do not penalize the homeowners by making them pay to fix a system that was inadequate and allowed to fall into disrepair through no fault of the homeowners. The water rate should not be so high to begin with. Entertaining the idea of metering water and charging more for usage on top of that already high rate is unbelievable. We urge the PUC to deny the request for an increase to the water rate. Unique Identifier: 67.60.94.194 1
