MNV-W-16-01 To Whom It May Concern; Thank you for encouraging Morning View Water Company into sending us the gallon totals we have used. However, we have no idea if that was an accurate accounting of our water gallons as the information we were provided was simply typed up in an Excel Spreadsheet form, When we moved here 16 years ago, our neighbors across the canal were cows. We both came from farming back grounds. We became busy planting trees, raspberries and putting in a garden spot. Last year we put in drip lines around our trees and in the garden. We cut back on watering the raspberries and of course they didn't produce well this year. The raspberries are now gone. We've raised our lawn mower blade up to 4 inches. Even though we have done all of these things to use less water, according to Morning View Water Company our water gallons have gone up! We are retired and on a fixed income. We truly hope you can find a fair resolution to this matter and a flat rate that both us home owners and the water company can live with. Sincerely, Thomas and Cherie Gian 1
