RE:VISTA GAS TARIFF ADVICE CHANGING MOSCOW FRANCHISING
FEE. TARIFF ADVICE G- 06-
On May 2, 2006, A vista Corp submitted a tariff advice to change the amount of the
franchise fee for natural gas service in the City of Moscow. The franchise fee was reduced by
Ordinance No. 2005-34 from 5% to 3%. The Company submitted a copy of the City of Moscow
Ordinance and the Notice provided to customers with its Application.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission accept this tariff advice for filing. See Order
No. 29359.
