Comment: We are trying to live on our social security. We have had increases in our medical insurance, now we have
this huge increase in our water. During the summer we know it will be some higher but not this ridiculous amount. In
the winter we never go over 2000 gallons,but we still pay the whole amount. We have had water turned off during some
of the hottest months in the summer. Pressure has been done to the point of needing to put a pressure pump in our
house to keep us from burning or freezing someone in the shower. Now we finally get enough pressure and thy
Gneitings are selling more lots which can deplete our water pressure again. This amount we are being asked to pay is
just plumb ridiculous. We will just have to let our yards burn up. This comment I have heard from several people in this
community. Pleas help us the customers. Only you can help make this right.

Comment: This 100% increase is beyond real. We will just have to let our yard die out as we cannot pay this high price
for water and pressure that is not adequate. We have fought this water issue for seven years, we are grateful for the
new well but so sad it took them 19yrs to do it. Please help the customers in this water district. Most are not able to
meet this dramatic increase in water.
