Comment: We were told by IPUC that we could make comments, so here are my comments: Right now our water
pressure is fluctuating again in spite of new wells. We would like for Nolan to take responsibility for the water situation.
He had too many houses, trailers and modulars built for the original 2 wells and now having to add a 3rd well and now
we all have to pay for a loan which is a hardship on a lot of us. He also wasn't in compliance for years. In our water bill
they put gallons of water usuage for 1 year data, but they did not supply a meter reading for the beginning and meter
reading for the ending of each month. So we don't have proof of an accurate meter reading for each month. This
ongoing water situation has been going on for a lot of years. He also charged us a surcharge of $5.00 for each month for
14 years. We don't know what he did with all that money.
