Comment:This high rate increase in our water is unbelievable.The base rate we have ever paid in our 60 yrs of married
life has never been as high as even the 40.94.Our income is Social Security.We have had a lot of trouble with a well
being turned off in the heat of summer,no pressure even to use our shower.Now to have to pay this high price for the
base amount is beyond belief.These old people need some on consideration on this water issue.Thank you.
