You have had Nelson Electic Co. come on sight to calibrate and assess the situation. However after three attempts this falt our monthly Rocky Mountain power bill is still ranging over $1600 a month during this fall and winter season. The second week of Febnrary, Rocky Mountain pow€r checked their systems and the problem is not on their side. One of the justifications of building the new well was to be energy efficient but our costs have skyrocketed. We expect high bills at the peak of the summer watering season but feel that there must be a prograrnming, error or electrical issue that is causing the well to not ruo at peak efficiency. We would like you to investigate the probled and resolve it as soon as possible. Nolan Gneiting, President Moming View Water Co. 208745=8780 cc: Barry N.
