Nolan is asking for a 25% increase in our billing for water. We are living on Social
Security alone. This would cause us great concern as we are already paying $40.00 ;~month'
which is higher than we have ever paid for monthly water anywhere we have lived. W also have
sand in our water that no one seems very concerned about. We hate to think of payin more for
our water.

I am having a problem with the rate increase that Moring View water is asking for. I feel
that Noleen has increased our water bill last year to help out with repairs. Repairs that
have not been done. the quilty of the water and the presure that I recive has not improved to
were it needs "to be. I feel that Noleen seems to be alway getting away with things. Not
following the rules and quil ty that is a standered in the water industry. I pay a extra 5.00
a month for a slush fund that has never became a fund it just goes into his pocket. When does
our right become a issue.
