We weer requierd to pay an increase in our water rate in 2ee6 and nothing was done with the increased funds to update the water system. We formed an association of landowners/water users to get our voice heard. PUC has granted rate increases in the past with out a complete financial review, due to the fact that Nolan can't or won't provide that information to the PUC. He has done little to anything to keep the system in good working order and now used the best way possible for our needs.
