In 2002 morning view nearly doubled our rates with the promise of more reliable supply
and better pressure. We are even paying an extra $5 a month to help ensure that. Here weare now with them wanting to raise rates again with the same promises while he is about to
get an NOV from the DEQ for water pressure that violates code. I believe the health limitis 20 PSI and according to the pressure gage they have installed, it is sitting at 14 PSI
right now. If he was not able to make improvements with the last rate increase, whatassurances do we have that he will follow through this time?
