Please describe your question or comment briefly: As a homeowner in Morning View Acres, I strongly obj ect to the proposed increase in rates. As it is we pay considerably more than those who reside elsewhere, as we only water maybe 4 months out of the year. Half the time the water pressure is miserable, and at times we have no water for hours at a time. Nolan has stated that there are too many homes on the well already, yet he continues to allow more to be placed here. Have you ever bathed for work with bottled water? We here in Morning View have been forced to do this repeatedly, as no water is forthcoming when the tap is turned on at times. Other times it is brown or has sediment in it. My understanding is that Nolan has been purchasing properties with our contingency fund and I would truly like to see a detailed accountingof where, exactly this fund has gone. He only has ONE employee, so the ' salaries ' he mentions are a joke. Should 'taxes, repairs (what repairs? this thing has been a joke since I moved here 16 months ago!) and increases in power ' rise by 35% overnight, what is to keep Nolan from raising our water cost next year, or the year after that? Water, unfortunately, is a necessity of life, so should the committee see fit to approve of this increase, we residents here in Morning View Acres will either be forced to pay it, or to have to sell our homes when the cost of water gets even more ridiculous. I do not feel that Nolan Gneiting is maintaining the well appropriately, and under the circumstances, certainly has misused the contingency fund associated with it.
